There's no set standard for paring ramp ceiling heights, so I made a badge to remind me on the few times I use a parking ramp. IMO this should be a page on the center screen with all the vehicles stats.

Thank you for producing this as I have many times gone into underground parking and have had to get out and visually check whether my Bronco will fit or not.
I am curious, is your Bronco a Sasquatch and if not, what size tires are you running?

Yes, the measurements are a 2025 Badlands Sasquatch on factory Goodyear LT 315/70R17 @ With 35psi .
I measured from top of Hardtop to ground, From outside bulge left to right, and front stock bumper to back spare tire overhang and no load. Well I didn't poop yet that day so...

Posted ceiling heights are just a rough estimate. Case in point, while backing into a space in REI’s parking garage, my top got struck in two places by a brace supporting some ductwork hanging from the ceiling. It clearly wasn’t factored into the equation. It was easily 4-6” lower in that parking space. Lesson learned.
Chris here. I drive "Lebowski," a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch. Lux package. 2.7L V6. Automatic transmission.

Very clever. When I zoom in it looks a bit like plastic. Is this a 3d print, a sticker or? I would like to create one with a winch on the front and a half-rack on top.

That's cool, and I know some people like to cover up the warning stickers with just plain decals/etc. This one is useful

Thanks, it's laser engrave acrylic. You could take a photo of your rigg and do a high contrast filter on it.

If your ever in Vancouver B.C. almost all their parking garages everywhere are too low for the Bronco. It's nuts. They must want everybody in a tesla.

WHOA!!! So, others use theirs as grocery getting as well?? Ive never seen a parking garage while offroading.... Sorry, I had too. Haha

But every vehicle would have different heights and widths, so it'd be impossible to post measurements on Broncos besides the "as built" numbers. After they leave the assembly line. Im afraid many people found out their short garage doors, didnt allow parking inside after the purchase, or tire upgrade, or that 12 pack of KC lights across the top of the windshield.

But I do love the attn to detail!! And a great idea.

Lol, I knew that was coming. We do like to enjoy nature in B.C. but while there we occasionally stop by a couple Roots stores and stock up on our favorite Canadian foods at the grocery stores. Seems like just about all the garages are below 6'6"

I'm going to give it a shot. I worked with Gemini AI to take may photo to a png image and then used an online converter so that the image would be a vector type (svg). Then AI give me the estimated dimensions to use with and without rack. Since I have both the hard and the soft top, I used the soft top which is 1 inch taller than the hard top according to the AI research. Max width is with the mirrors in operating location. The max lenght is from the front of my winch on the bumper to the spare tire. All based on the AI information.

The image is an AI generated on what the finished piece will look like. I will be using ASA which is supposed to be good in and on vehicles The text and image outline will be embedded such that grooves will be in place. Then I will use red paint, either brush (ugh) or maybe a paint pen, never used the later but sounds like less ugh.

I tried several different version of the image using AI photos but none of those worked as they all tripped up the slicer, looked great visually but the couldn't be printed with the same image. Blah, blah. After I print this out, mayge tomorrow as I have another project to print today that will take about 6 hours and will used to modify the BuckleUp Off Road tailgate mounted traction mat holder.

Image in TinkerCadAI generated image to illustrate what the final piece will look like after painting with red paintImage in Prusa Slicer. About an hour to print.

GREAT JOB!!!!! Love Prusa

Thanks! Well, see after I print it. I don't have any red ABS, so I printing "engraved" and then going to use red paint pens. The Core One Plus is super!

So I used my Prusa Core One Plus and this far I've come up with this. I tried using "fine" point paint pens but my characters were very hard to fill. I'm not patient enough for that. LOL. So I've ordered some white ASA from Polymaker and it should be here in a weeks. I will change the cad to have the characters sticking up from the 2mm black base and those characters will be in white ASA. The fun never ends.
