I have a 2024 Badlands Sasquatch and a while ago this God awful squeak/rattle started coming from the rear window. I'm not sure if it's the weatherstripping at the bottom of the window or if it's rubbing against the two rubber blocks on the tailgate. I rode a couple blocks with the gate closed and window open and the noise was gone, so I know it's something to do with where the window and gate meet. Any help is greatly appreciated!

It's a maintenance item. Just clean the weather seals and lubricate them with a silicone product made for the purpose. I use Napa Sil-Glyde (silicone lubricant for rubber seals) , but I'm not sure Napa sells it anymore. AC Delco Super Lube is a good alternative. Or AGS Sil-Glyde.

Good morning. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and mileage? I can look into things on my end.

On mine, the squeak comes from the bottom of the window slightly moving against the painted tailgate. Just put a little lube across that lip. I have to relube a couple times a year.Tailgate Edge.jpgRear Window Seal.jpg

What I've noticed (from living in high-pollen environment) is pollen gets in between the glass and the seal and the tailgate and its door seal. The pollen then gets ground up from the slight movement of the tailgate and glass with respect to the body and causes the squeaking and rattle sounds.

Sil-Glyde is awesome for lubricating the tailgate as well as the other seals for the hard top to reduce squeaks. (Been using it for 20+ years on Jeeps and this is my original bottle)

Another solution is a strip of adhesive felt tape on the edge of the tailgate (where pointed out by @Deano Bronc in the pics above) to reduce friction and eliminate the noise.
