I ordered a new MIC hardtop for my four-door 2021 Bronco on June 13. It's been about six and it still sits at "processing." Every week or so, a pending charge for the full amount hits my credit card but is never actually posted. Had a friend only a couple of miles from me order the exact same hard top a couple of months earlier and received it in three weeks.

Is this normal behavior?

The 6G Bronco came out at such a weird time and Ford is run by a weirdo so "normal" behavior is relative.
